Nawah
Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Draft — not legal advice. To be reviewed before the first paying center.
Who we are
The service is provided by “Nawah by Dar Nabt”, Amman, Jordan [legal entity, registration number and address: not decided yet]. On this page we call it “Nawah” or “we”.
What the service is
Nawah is an online management system for educational centers and schools: programs, enrollment, attendance, students, guardians, fees, expenses, staff and messages. It is used in the browser and in the phone app.
We call the organization that subscribes to Nawah “the center”.
Accounts and roles
The center invites its staff and sets each person’s role and what they can see and change. The center is responsible for who it lets in, and for removing access when someone leaves.
Each user keeps their own sign-in safe and does not share it. Tell us straight away if you think an account was used without permission.
The center owns its data
Everything the center puts in — students, guardians, money, messages and files — belongs to the center. We process it on the center’s behalf and only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.
The center is responsible for having the right to collect and use this data, and for telling guardians about it, especially where children are concerned.
Nawah sends WhatsApp messages from the center’s own number, which the center connects. The center is responsible for that number, for following WhatsApp’s terms, and for only messaging people who expect to hear from it.
Acceptable use
Nawah may not be used for anything unlawful, to send spam, to try to reach another center’s data, or to disrupt the service.
Price and payment
[Price, payment method and billing: not decided yet. To be written here before the first paying center.]
Export and leaving
The center can export its data at any time. If the center leaves, we delete its data on request; backups remain until they expire (12 months) and are then gone.
Availability
We work to keep Nawah available and safe, but it may sometimes stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We tell centers about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
Limits of responsibility
Nawah is a management tool; decisions the center makes with it are the center’s. As far as the law allows, our responsibility is limited to what the center paid us in the previous 12 months. [This clause is to be reviewed legally.]
Changes
We may change these terms. We tell centers about any important change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. [To be reviewed legally.]
